Dr Javio (born Javiero Josias Fernández, December 21, 2004) is a Cuban rapper and singer who has made history as the first openly gay artist in Cuban Reggaeton. Born in Cienfuegos, Cuba, and now based in the United States, Dr Javio fuses raw Caribbean energy with modern urban production to create a sound that is uniquely his own.
Known by his fans as El Rey Gay Del Cuba, Diosa de amor, La Chingona, La Serpiente Roja, and La imparable, Dr Javio's music is a celebration of identity, love, and fearlessness. His debut project is set to establish him as one of the most important new voices in Latin music.
